But our attention to quality service, using experienced
and knowledgeable claims adjusters and supervisors,
and our stress on handling claims in a timely manner,
has not changed and will not change. We will continue
to be aggressive in finding new ways to deliver the
product to you even faster, while continuing to keep
our quality high and consistent from branch to branch.
DMA Claims
Services was founded in 1979 in Los Angeles, CA. Since
that time the company has grown to become the largest
independent adjusting firm in California with 19 offices
throughout the state. Beyond the Golden
State DMA has established offices in Arizona (2),
Connecticut (1), Florida (5), Idaho (1), Illinois
(1), Louisiana (1), Massachusetts (1), Missouri (1),
Nevada (2), New Jersey (1), New York (1), Oregon (1),
South Carolina (2), Texas (1), and Washington (2).
More than 500 staff are employed to serve your claims
needs.
In the
1990s DMA established its Claims Administration division
specializing in the handling of claims for private
passenger auto programs, general liability programs,
and claims handling for self-insured companies and
public entities. DMA administers claims in 47 states
out of its regional centers in Los Angeles, New York
and Battle Creek, MI. Regional centers in Atlanta
and Dallas are scheduled to open in 2007 (Atlanta,
GA and Dallas, TX).
In 2006
DMA Claims Services acquired the Insurance Servicing
and Adjusting Company (ISAC), a company with 6 branches
in the southeast US, a strong presence in property
TPA work, and large catastrophe operations.
DMA has
expanded each year since its inception. It has accomplished
its growth by delivering excellent work on a timely
basis. All its field offices are managed by personnel
who have come up through DMA ranks as adjusters and
supervisors, giving our clients a consistent product
office to office. This method of expansion may be
slower than other means, but it addresses the primary
hazard one faces as the number of branch offices increase
